Dream Worker & Facilitator
Valerie Dillman is an actor/writer and dream teacher who has studied creative dream work with Kim Gillingham for over 15 years and recently completed two levels of Robert Moss' teacher training. She currently offers classes and private dream coaching in Los Angeles and online. Drawing on her experience as an artist, Valerie helps people make their symbolic inner worlds a resource for navigating everyday life.
Her developed methods apply creative dream work and shamanism to the creative process and one's personal healing journey. Valerie lives in Topanga.
My Philosophy
I love dreams and it is through this lens that I work intuitively and creatively guiding (you) the dreamer to experience the wisdom of your dreams. Working with movement, voice, artwork, and shamanic journeying - together we allow the dream to reveal its essential guidance - each experience is unique.
My work is to simply to hold the container of the dream, to honor the dream, to love the dream, and to allow the space for it to reveal it’s resonance within you.
Dreams offer a unique path - the soil path - to our inner worlds. When we allow time and space to look inside and listen, we discover the gifts waiting for us, the tools to assimilate these gifts and the grounding to bring them forward into our personal lives and greater community.
I am passionate about holding the container for this exploration. Our world is longing for us to reclaim this essential inner wisdom. Dreams have changed the course of history. My dreams have certainly changed my life. Dreams have the power to heal and connect us to our soul in a way that never ceases to thrill and humble me. It is my goal and intention to awaken the magic of dreaming in everyone.
